Take time everyday to do something Silly.

If you have been too serious lately,
you may need some silly practice first !

Start by making faces in a mirror.

Stick out your tongue,
Puff out your cheeks,
Try to taste your elbow,
Make a duck out of your lips,
Walk with 4 legs,
Do a serious chat with an infant,
Wiggle your eyebrows...

...From there
You can graduate to higher forms of silliness.

Travel in a bus & smile at your nearest neighbors.
Try staying silent in a serious argument.
Play Rajnikanth with your colleagues.
